South Florida Museum
South Florida Museum is the largest natural and cultural history museum on Florida's Gulf Coast. The museum interprets the region from the Pleistocene to the present. In addition to the Museum, see Snooty our resident manatee who will be 62 this summer and is believed to be the oldest manatee in captivity. You will also be able to view manatees in rehabilitation prior to their release in the wild.
