Taking cue from Florida’s Gulf Coast and ability to source sustainably focused and fresh-from-market foods, Libby’s Café + Bar’s menu continues to focus on seasonal inspirations, offering creative twists to its Modern American Cuisine with Asian and Italian influences.

Expanding its repertoire to accommodate a variety of palates is what Libby’s does best and by no means a small challenge given the extent of its menu. Early diners still get off the menu two-course deals for $25 (that’s two courses for two people for $25!) and small plates, which are actually quite large, give diners real meal options, from well-adorned salads and creative accompaniments to hearty melt-off-the-bone Shortribs or Veal Marsala with Wild Mushroom Ravioli.  Even the growing group of Gluten free diners has freshly grilled options and side dishes, with a half dozen sauces to choose from for dipping.
