Cozy Cove is a small condominium complex of six private units located in a quiet and peaceful part of Siesta Key. The building sits on the Gulf side of the Key along Blind Pass and there is a dock where you can sit and watch the jumping fish.  A 20' boat slip is available for your use with the rental of this unit at no additional charge. Five minutes down the street you will find Turtle Beach, a public boat launch, picnic and children's areas.

World-renowned Siesta Key Beach is located approx. 4 miles north and is buzzing with activity.  The south side of the Key, where the condo is located, is known for its quieter, more peaceful setting.  It is more common to see middle-aged couples and the young at heart walking down the sidewalk or relaxing at Turtle Beach rather than Siesta Key Beach's more boisterous crowd.

There are many golf courses in the area, including several executive courses and two practice ranges. 

Siesta Key, Sarasota is home to one of the finest beaches in the world; Siesta Key Beach has been named consistently on Top 10 lists in several magazines and on the Travel Channel.  Siesta Key also showcases Crescent Beach and Turtle Beach along its shoreline.

Sarasota, however, has so much more to offer its visitors.  After a day at the beach, you can shop or dine at the famous St. Armand's Circle or see a show at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Centre.  From February to March, Ed Smith Stadium houses the Cincinatti Red's spring training baseball camp.  With a short drive, you will find the Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton, the NY Yankees in Tampa, and the Phillies in Clearwater.  Also in Feb., Circus Sarasota is a one-ring, 5 star international show of aerial acts, illusionists, equestrians, jugglers, and more.  In April, the annual Sarasota Film Festival gets under way with 10 days of nonstop cinema.
