Beginning swim class for adults. Learn to be comfortable in shallow water; how to put your face in water happily, feel the water hold you up on front and back, let go of the side, stand up. Deep water as well. Learn to move from here to there, roll over, play in water. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. 24 hours: eight 3-hour sessions, one hour on land followed by 2 hours in the water. Comfortable pool temperature. Fun, and a life-changer.
