The Historic Asolo Theater dates from 1798, when it was first erected in Italy. It was shipped and resurrected on the grounds of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art and hosted its first performance in Sarasota in 1952.

Sarasota County has long been a golfing gold mine. A recent surge in course construction has only added to the quality and range of challenges.
The warmer weather can mean smaller crowds, which makes it that much more possible to get on some of the more exclusive layouts in Sarasota and Her Islands.
