Our award-winning restaurants serve up irresistible grub from morning to night.
Siesta Key
Most Siesta dining is catered toward the beach comers and goers, so there is a decidedly casual vibe at the laid-back restaurants lining Siesta Village. The Broken Egg, a local favorite for nearly 25 years, serves up Eggs Benedict and pancakes for breakfast and wraps and salads for lunch and dinner. Its outdoor café is an ideal meeting place for friends.
Siesta Key Oyster Bar is usually crowded—and for good reason. Affectionately known as SKOB, the restaurant has an afternoon happy hour, weekend drink specials, live music and affordable seafood. Its large outdoor patio is perfect for either soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade.
True to its name, Daiquiri Deck, is just that—a giant deck with an impressive array of fruity daiquiris. The mixed drinks are ideal for cooling down on a hot day and the food is just as satisfying. The wraps are to-die-for and the crab cake sandwich is a local classic.
Both Siesta Key Oyster Bar and Daiquiri Deck are an integral part of the Sarasota nightlife—they have music and drink specials nearly every night of the week and weekends are especially popular.
If you’re in the mood for a great cup of coffee, stop by Local Coffee and Tea. The casual spot has organic and free-trade coffee, juices, tea and smoothies.
Just a bit past Siesta Village, you’ll find Turtle’s Restaurant, a low-key waterfront restaurant with a view of the bay. Nearby Ophelia’s on the Bay provides elegant waterfront dining, fresh ingredients and a menu that changes nightly.

Longboat Key

Euphemia Haye is a Longboat treasure—nestled amid shady trees, the romantic spot is loved by gourmets and wine connoisseurs. The dinner menu is mouth-watering and the upstairs dessert room and lounge, the Haye Loft, has live music, lighter fare and some of the best-looking (and tasting) pies you’ll ever see. Get a heaping slice of the lemon meringue and a piano serenade by one of the Loft’s talented musicians.
Relax in the garden setting of Harry’s Continental Kitchen, munch on original international dishes at Pattiegeorge’s Restaurant or take in the Gulf view at Chart House, known for its unbelievable food by both visitors and locals.
Casey Key
